Last Friday, November 28, our Of Counsel Christian Lamm participated as a speaker in the Workshop on Negotiation Between Lawyers, held within the framework of the II MASC Conference (Adequate Methods of Dispute Resolution) at the Palacio de Congresos Europa, Auditorio Francisco de Vitoria.

This conference, organized by the Illustrious Bar Association of Álava, aimed to provide a practical overview of the new MASC introduced by Organic Law 1/2025, as well as to analyse their consequences and share useful tools after seven months of implementation.

During his presentation, Christian offered key insights and strategies to enhance negotiation among legal professionals, reinforcing the importance of these methods in achieving effective conflict resolution.
