Highlights from the Compliance Latam Forum 2025 in Santiago, Chile.

The second edition of the Compliance Latam Forum brought together representatives from our member firms and more than 250 professionals from the compliance ecosystem across the region at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Santiago, Chile. It was a unique space to connect, share experiences and jointly project the challenges that will shape the future of compliance in Latin America, the United States and Spain.

The programme included high-impact panels moderated by partners from the firms, with the participation of in-house managers from large companies with a presence in Latin America, the United States and Spain.

Among them was our partner Juan Carlos Lombardía, who moderated the panel ‘Between what is right and what is convenient: a behavioural perspective,’ providing key insights into ethical decision-making in organisations.

We are deeply grateful to the attendees, speakers, collaborators and sponsors for their support and energy. Their participation made possible a forum that is already positioning itself as a milestone for the compliance community in Latin America.

Special thanks to the host firm Albagli Zaliasnik for its dedication, hospitality and commitment to organising the Compliance Latam 2025 Forum. Its collaborative work, vision and constant support made possible a high-level meeting that strengthens the entire network.

We are proud to share this project with all the other member firms of Compliance Latam: Albagli Zaliasnik (Chile), Basham (Mexico), Beccar Varela (Argentina), BLP (Central America), Bustamante Fabara (Ecuador), CPB (Peru), FCR Law (Brazil), Ferrere (Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay), MDU Legal (Panama) , Miller & Chevalier (United States), Posse Herrera Ruiz (Colombia).

We close 2025 with this collective achievement and are already moving towards a 2026 full of new challenges.
