María has developed her professional career in the tax area in different national law firms. She has experience both in advising on various operations in the tax area and in taxpayer defence.

In terms of taxpayer defence, she specializes in the representation of taxpayers before the Tax Authority, both at national, regional and local levels, and in the management of economic-administrative claims and contentious-administrative appeals before different courts and tribunals.

Her legal practice also covers issues related to family business, inheritance partition, and advice to foundations.
