Gerard is an associate in the Corporate department of Bartolome & Briones holding expertise in Corporate, M&A, restructuring transactions, national and international contractual practice and general commercial law.

His area of practice includes the advice to both foreign and domestic clients in several sectors such as the energetic, industry, and family company. He also holds extensive expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship industry, advising either investment funds, venture capitals or start-ups and entrepreneurs, in venture capital and private equity transactions such as investment rounds, secondary sales and exits (M&A), drafting, negotiating and executing investment and shareholders agreements, SPA, APA, incentive plans (ESOP), among others.

Prior to joining Bartolome & Briones, Gerard worked in a global professional services firm as well as at the Barcelona’s office of a national law firm.
