Alejandro is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Real Estate Area of Bartolome & Briones. His areas of activity include general commercial and real estate law, corporate law, corporate restructurings, M&A and Due Diligence processes, commercial, real estate, national and international contracts.

His legal practice includes advising national and foreign clients on their legal establishment in Spain and providing ongoing advice to their management bodies, as well as working with them in their international expansion designing, negotiating and implementing investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, SPAs, NDAs, transactional agreements and drafting legal opinions or reports related to corporate law.

He is experienced in the resolution of corporate disputes, both between SMEs and individuals, and in the negotiation of all types of contracts between partners, between companies or between individuals, as well as the drafting, negotiation and execution of all types of commercial contracts (distribution, agency, supply, transfer of image rights, IP, technology transfer, etc.).

Furthermore, he has experience in the real estate sector, where he has been part of investment fund advisory teams for the acquisition of real estate owned by financial institutions and group refinancing processes. He has extensive expertise in processes of acquisition or transfer of real estate assets between companies or individuals and the drafting of all kinds of agreements in this sector.

Before joining Bartolome & Briones, Alejandro worked in the corporate departments of international law firms based in London and Dubai.
