Víctor Sánchez is a Partner in the Corporate Practice at our Madrid office.

He has extensive experience in corporate law, an area in which he provides general advice to Spanish and foreign companies, ranging from the initial planning and legal structuring of their investments, through legal secretarial work and management of corporate conflicts, to the restructuring of business groups and, finally, divestment via mergers, liquidation and transfer operations.

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Víctor advises private investors and operating companies in the entire process of investment and urban and construction development of land and real estate, in ongoing management and marketing of assets, and in divestment, particularly for shopping centres and service stations.

In terms of the purely commercial-contractual area, he advises companies active in various sectors (from food distribution to catering and nightlife) both in their ordinary relations with suppliers -in the drafting and follow up of atypical contracts-, with administrations -in the management and response to inspections and claims in consumer and commercial matters- and with clients, and in their extraordinary relations with partners and competitors.

His extensive experience is complemented by his status as arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Bar Association of Madrid in the areas of Corporate Law, Construction and Engineering and Real Estate Law, Civil and Commercial Contract Law and Horizontal Property.
